I’ll close this as it’s probably related to how the popup feature is implemented but it must call Forminator code to render the form and I’m baffled why the CSS is not enqueued by that call. I cannot figure out from the nested PHP classes in Forminator where to start debugging.

My workaround is to enqueue the CSS files manually. This is not ideal.

    Hi @daymobrew,

Glad to hear you have managed to get it sorted. Such behaviour could also be due to compatibility issues. You can also explore Hustle popup as an alternative for popup plugin if needed:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-popup/

In case you want us to troubleshoot it further we’ll need further information about which popup plugin you are using and also the form export, so that we could check further if needed.

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.You can share the export file via Google Drive, Pastebin, Dropbox, or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Regards,

    Nithin
