Form page refresh before i finish

Hello,

On my site’s registration page (with shortcode [wppb-register] / Paid Member Subscriptions integration), if I fill out the form and accidentally click out of the fields, the page reloads completely and all entered data is lost.

What I have already verified:

I use WP Super Cache: I have already excluded this specific page from the cache (Rejected URL Strings) and cleared the cache, but the problem persists.

I use Paid Member Subscriptions in conjunction with Profile Builder for the registration form.

I noticed that I also use a security/security plugin and reCAPTCHA on the site.

Could you help me understand what causes this reload? If needed, I can provide the full list of active plugins or temporary access for debugging.
