Form not showing

    I downloaded and activated WP Customer Reviews (as a newbee to WordPress).
    I insert the code on a page named ‘reviews’

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID="All" NUM="10" PAGINATE="1" PERPAGE="10" SHOWFORM="1" HIDEREVIEWS="0" HIDERESPONSE="0" SNIPPET="140" MORE="Lees meer" HIDECUSTOM="0" ]

    The Form to ad new reviews is not show.

    I Also tried

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID="reviews" NUM="10" PAGINATE="1" PERPAGE="10" SHOWFORM="1" HIDEREVIEWS="0" HIDERESPONSE="0" SNIPPET="140" MORE="Lees meer" HIDECUSTOM="0" ]

    But this did not work.

    Please help this Newbee
