Form not displaying

Hi,

I love this plugin, the form is awesome and so powerful. I’ve been using it for several months on a client site and today while making an update to a form field I discovered the form is no longer displaying – just seeing the shortcode. I purged both the SG cache and the Beaver Builder cache with no change. If I republish the page it appears, but if I refresh or open in a different browser it reverts back to the shortcode.

I have also tried disabling SG Optimizer plugin and some CSS I found in another thread, neither has resolved the issue. This is a live and very active website, I need to resolve this quickly.

Hi @mieche

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Can you please edit your page and double-check if you are using the “Text” mode not visual in your page builder > text?

I checked and I deleted what was there and readded the shortcode in the text mode and still no joy.

What I find even odder is that on the other pages where the form appears it is working fine. It is also on the admissions page and contact page. The admissions is actually the same row – a global row.

Hi @mieche,

I checked the source code and the only difference I was able to notice between the pages is that the shortcode is placed between the paragraph tag on the page with the issue whereas it’s after the paragraph tag on other pages.

This seems more to be an issue at the page builder end, can you please try to add the shortcode without the paragraph tag and check if that helps?

When I readded the shortcode in the text module I removed the paragraph tag. I tried it again now and it’s still not working.
