Follower count showing zero and subscrib not getting email

    Hello, I have at least 8 followers and only myself and my IT guy are receiving the subscription emails. Also, my # of followers in site stats says zero.

    Subscribers have tried multiple times to sign up and did/didn’t get confirmation but nothing has gone to spam either.

    Please advise. I am not a technical person. Thank you.

    WordPress 3.9.1 running Genesis Child Theme theme.
