Hi there,

I’m trying to get a follow button setup. Should work but it gives me this error although I have Jetpack etc installed

“Please check you’ve entered the address of a WordPress.com or Jetpack-powered site and try again.”

The JSON API module is activated so that’s not the issue. Can you help??

Hi!

We’re getting a 406 Not Acceptable error here:

https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1/sites/anilvanderzee.com

{“error”:”not_acceptible”,”message”:”The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error – HTTP status code was not 200 (406) [-32300]”}

Can you ask your host to check in their security or error logs as to why we’re getting this error? I think you’re using BoldGrid; if so, you can contact them here:

https://www.boldgrid.com/support/

Let me know what they say!

I have Boldgrid but I never use it. I will ask them with this error. Maybe they can turn it off or fix the error for me. Thanks for the super quick response

Ok they turned off something and I think I got it to work. I’m thrilled. Thank you so very much.
