FNAME Error

Hi There,
I’m using AnyWP MailChimp widget on my site. I did a test with my own email and was unable to sign up. I got a FNAME error:
“Undocumented error (FNAME must be provided – Please enter a value). Please refresh the page and try again.”Any ideas?
