Florence’s Support for Embedpress

Florence provided excellent and timely service with a variety of questions I had regarding EmbedPress. I’m new to the tool and she diligently dug in and was very patient with my questions. I wish more customer service reps were more like Florence. My only suggestion for your support team in general is it would be nice if support could acknowledge that they received the question. When using the support system the last few days, I had to ask if anyone was there after my initial question. Thank you, and great job, Florence!
