Flamingo stopped saving data

I have several contact7 forms set up. They seem to be working I can submit the forms and I get the email responses that I have set up. I was getting data in the address book and inbound message, but today I went in to work on one of the forms and none of my forms are saving data in Flamingo. Not sure where to look for a solution.
