You have set #thb-header-section as the sticky element in the settings of the plugin, but you’ll need to set it as .thb-header-section. There is no element with the ID thb-header-section, only one with the classname.

I tried, but it did not work
At this time, you don’t have any classname set as the sticky element in the plugin settings.
Also, it looks like you have another plugin active right now that might be blocking it. In your site’s console log, I see the following:
