Fixed cost available?

    Hi,
    I am testing your booking system (free version for now) and so far I like it a lot.

    One feature I am missing are fixed costs which will be added to each booking. Does your plugin support this and if so, how can I set it up?

    E.g.
    5 days @ $100
    + $10 booking fee (fixed)
    = $510 total

    Hi again,

    Beside my question about fixed costs above, I was wondering if it is possible to add optional features/costs to the booking as well?

    5 days @ $100
    + $10 booking fee (fixed)
    + $50 additional person (optional)
    + $15 breakfast (optional)
    = $565 total
