Hello @lurday ,
I hope you are doing well.
Sometimes, cached content can cause the Broken Link Checker (BLC) to scan an outdated version of a page. Even after the links have been updated, BLC may continue reporting the same 404 errors if it is still accessing cached content.
To rule this out, please:
1. Clear all caches on the site, including the hosting server cache.
2. Manually verify whether the reported 404 URLs have been fixed.
3. If any of the reported links are still broken, try fixing one of them and then check whether BLC continues to report it as a 404.
If the issue persists, could you please provide:
– Screenshots of the reported broken links.
– Details about how those links were added to the site. For example, are you using the Block Editor, a page builder plugin (such as Elementor, Bricks, etc.), or another method?
This information will help us investigate the issue more effectively.
Please let us know how it goes.
Kind Regards,
Fida Al Hasan
