When I first open up the map on my webpage in Mozilla Firefox, the map appears only in the top left corner of the entire frame and is not interactive. This only happens in firefox and I’m not sure why? I can’t attach an image unfortunately but has anyone else experienced this issue? After a refresh, the map is as it should be though.

Here is a link to the page. Open it in firefox and click on the “global locations” button.

This is now happening in Chrome as well.

[No bumping. If it’s that urgent, consider hiring someone.]

    Hi
Unfortunately I cannot open that link you have supplied.
This sounds like there could be a JavaScript error being thrown from another plugin or your theme which is then not allowing my plugin to execute correctly.

Please resend a working link so I can have a look and debug this.

    Kind regards
    Nick

Please look here. Error is still persisting on all browsers.

    Hi
Are you using the shortcode in a tab or popup?
Can you send me a link to the map so I can see if there are any JavaScript errors? Unfortunately an image isnt any help for debugging.

    Kind regards
    Nick

    Hi Nick
Unfortunately its an internal website so the link would not work for you. Is there another way for me to send you the javascript?
    Thanks for the response.

    Hi Alex
    Sorry for the delay
Can you please use chrome developer tools or firebug to copy and paste any JS errors you find?

    Kind regards
    Nick
