File Upload Not Working

Hallo. First of all : thank you for this great plug-in ! Awesom work !
I have a problem with the file-upload-function though. There seem to be uploads (progress bar) but I can’t find the files anywhere in the TicketSystem (frontend, backend, nowhere). Is that a known problem ? Thanks for any feedback !

Are you using the default file uploader in Awesome Support or the Fileupload addon?

Thanks for that. It seems that there is no configuration issue. Could you please identify one ticket that’s supposed to have attachments and write down its ID.
Then, using your FTP client, browse to
wp-content/uploads/awesome-support/ticket_YOURTICKETIDand check if the attachments are present.Hallo. Yes, the file has been uploaded to the folder.
Upgraded to 4.2.4 – problem remains unfortunately.

Unfortunately nothing has changed (3.2.1 installed). Is there a way do completely uninstall the plug-in and reload the custom fields, settings & database after reinstalling ?
