File Not Found Error when members login

    I have not had any success with members logging in to PMPro.

    We have 20 or so paid members and when they try to login they get a “File Not Found Error”

    I have tried everything that I can think of.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here.

    Please note that Paid Memberships Pro currently doesn’t offer a login feature or does authentication checks against user’s logging in. Paid Memberships Pro, by default, redirects all login requests to the default wp-login.php page WordPress uses.

    If you are using a plugin that may create a front-end login page, please reach out to their plugin support as a starting point.

    On a side note, I ran a quick test on your linked page and selected “Login”. This redirects me to the wp-login.php page of your site.

    Okay. So I don’t know what that means. redirects to wp-login.php? So what am I supposed to do?

    People can’t login. They the keep going in a circle. It keeps asking them to login but they never get access to the blog.
