Hello,

I got the following information: Check the format of your file and resubmit it. The file format is not supported. Therefore, no changes could be made to your product data.

How can I fix this?

Can you please provide more information on which platform you are uploading the files to. Also, please include your debug log: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
