File for the shortcode page?

    Hey there!

    As I am German and try to run a support-page for German students I need to translate the stuff like “Full Name”, “Your Email” etc. that is displayed when you use the shortcode for the question-page.

    I just need to know which file I have to edit for translation purposes. If you want I can help you with German localization in general as I am also a student for english and computer studies.

    Long story short: Can you tell me which file is displayed when using the shortcode? I need to know this for translation-purposes.

    Okay I managed to find the file. It is located in:

    wp-content/plugins/key4ce-osticket-bridge/templates/contact_ticket.php

    Hope I can help someone else with this.

    Sorry for my late reply it’s indeed located in there.
    I will aim for supporting multi language shortly (just got delayed by the structural changes of osticket 1.9.4)

    Any ETA on this? I just did the update and all my translations are gone 🙁

    Well the multi lang part is currently under development.
    i am guessing within 1 – 2 weeks it should be ready but i must say i never made a WP Multi language plugin before.

    Once it’s multi language capable i would love your german translation to be included in our plugin 🙂

    Hello,

    The capability should be in place now yes.
    you can translate the English .po file and either send it directly to us or submit it through svn 🙂
