    Before I add this app to my site, I have a couple of questions.

    1. What fees are involved?

    2. When our customer personalises their product and completes the checkout, we need to be able to download their design in an editable format. Eg an editable PDF that we can open in Adobe Illustrator. We cannot use jpeg or png file formats.
    Can you please advise if we are able to download the customers file in the file format we need.
