    Hi,

so I updated the wp of a friend to 4.9.1 (current version at the time) and jetpack stopped working. (It may be stopped working a while ago I didn’t notice)
So when I got to the Backend, the first thing was that the jetpack-icon was not there, looking like it did not find the font. (It looked like when I forget to “install” font-awesome on a webpage project)
Second thing was that I got a:
“Fehler beim Aktivieren empfohlener Funktionen. FetchNetworkError” Error when clicked on the activate functionality (freely translatet, the backend is in German so I do not know the english version)
The solution was to force wp to write the www in front of the domain name.
Is this just a misconfiguration error on my side or a Bug?

    Cheers!

    Hi @garyee!

I checked the site on our debugger tool and everything looks up and running okay, which is good news 🙂

That sounds like URL misconfiguration that you sorted it out – well done!
Are you still experiencing problems on your end? If you still can’t see the Jetpack icon, can you try clearing the cache and see if that gets fixed?

Let me know if I can help you out with anything else there 🙂
