Feedburner subscriptions

When people subscribe to my feedburner via the Ultimate Coming Soon Page, as I am working behind the scenes, if i was to publish something do my subscribers receive an email that there is new content even though they can not access it because I still have the Ultimate Coming Soon Page active?
