Feed stuck / not adding gtin

    I have updated all plugins, am using the Elite version of the plugin, and can’t get my feed to update. It is stuck at 0%, then after a while it no longer shows that it is updating. It doesn’t appear to have updated successfully. I am trying to add GTIN/Brand/Optimized Title to my Google shopping feed. My products are all variable subscriptions with quite a number of custom attributes. So far it is not populating these fields from the variable subscription even when I have enabled the extra fields.

    Debug.log is showing it’s trying to map from the following:

                        )

    I think the problem is the plugin doesn’t support Variable Subscription product types with these extra fields? I tested a standard Variable product and I was able to retrieve the gtin, mpn, and Optimised Title with success.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Our plugin indeed doesn’t support the subscription product type. It only supports these ones:

    • Simple
    • Variable / Variation
    • Bundle
    • Composite
    • Auction
    • Mix & Match

    What plugin are you using for your subscription products?
