Hi, when I’m trying to create my feed I can’t get bpast 0%.
I have taken the steps from your forum, checked my site’s capability to run cron jobs, disabled my cache ect.. However nothing has worked yet.

I will note that when starting the feed refresh manually, as soon as you refresh the page it says ‘stopped’ as the status.

My debug file is below, is there something I’m missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Atkin,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with processing your feed.

Judging from your debug.log it seems the product feed is not active? Can you activate it as de-activated feeds indeed won’t process.

Hi, I deactivated the feed just before creating the log, so it was active whilst trying to create the feed.
Now when I turn it back onto active, it will disable itself upon a page refresh.

    Edit:
I just created a new feed called ‘FEED TEST’ and regenerated the log file incase it helps at all. I only included a small amount of products in this one.

    Hi,

The debug.log, which you say was created when the feed was active does show “active = false” meaning that at that point it was disabled.

Anyhow, you should be able to forcefully activate all feeds by adding this to the URL on the manage feeds page:

    &force-active=true

So the URL becomes something like this:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&force-active=true

Hi, sorry to be confusing there.
I have re-generated the log, the feed are now showing as active, and remains active when I refresh the page without &force-active=true in the address.

Hopefully you can find out what’s going on.

    Ben

    Hi Ben,

When I check your debug.log I still see the feed shows as inactive:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/49ekhz7u57o28eh/active-false.png?dl=0
So this probably means you did not create a new version of the debug.log yet?

Could you also check todays or yesterdays WooCommerce fatal error logs to see if there is anything in there that might explain why your feed is not processing? You should be looking for maximum execution time errors or maximum CPU usage errors. Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Also, are you perhaps using a plugin (such as Wordfence) that might be blocking the creation of feeds?
