This is looking pretty good, but I think the following features really need to be added:
1. A search tickets capability.
2. An option to allow tickets to be submitted and treated as open without requiring approval. (All my users will be logged in when they submit a ticket, so there would be no reason to have to approve their ticket submission.)
3. There should be settings in the back-end to specify minimum numbers of words (which might be zero) to be entered in the ticket submission title and content fields, and in the responses fields too.
4. Error messages should appear when an attempt to submit a ticket or response is made that does not satisfy the specified minimum number of words. (This and (3) should prevent bogus entries from being submitted.)Thanks for considering these suggestions!
