Feature request: download ticket content

    Plugin does what it’s supposed to, glad to have found it! It would be nice if there would be an option to download the ticket’s content once it’s closed, or to offer a ‘print it’ button for a resolved ticket. It would benefit both me and my clients if there was a way to print out conversations.
