Feature request – add departments

Hi and thank you for a great and easy to set up plug-in!
I use the built in functionality to add “topics” by seperating them with ||, but are there any plans to include i.e. “Departments”?
When registering a new ticket, it would be awsome if the user could choose the department or unit or whatever you choose to call it, and an email would be generated to an account connected to that spesific unit.This would make the solution more flexible as those who can handle the issue would get an email directly instead of all mails going to one person only.
