FB Message go to done folder automatically

The inbox in my facebook page always goes to done folder directly without my intention to moving it. Some of the messages will go to main folder but most of them will go to done folder automatically.
We have tried to follow the steps below according to the topic below:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/messages-go-to-the-fb-done-folder-instead-of-main/but still, we cannot make the messages to be delivered in our main folder.
