fatal error while activating

    hello
    i recently started a new wordpress website and installed a theme that supports wpml
    every time i try to active WooCommerce Multilingual i get this error

    Fatal error: Class ‘WPML_File’ not found in ..\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-multilingual\inc\currencies\currency-switcher\class-wcml-currency-switcher-templates.php on line 31

    i also tried all methods of installments
    i am using localhost and i already have :

    PHP ver 5.6.30
    WPML Translation Management 2.2.1.2
    WPML String Translation 2.3.9
    WPML Multilingual CMS 3.5.0
    WPML Media 2.1.22
    WooCommerce 2.6.14

    Hello,
    You are using WPML 3.5.0, however the class WPML_File was introduced in WPML 3.6.0 and above.
    Please make sure that you are using that version and if not – please update.
