    Hi @ealbertini ,

    Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the error was from using old version of WordPress. Is it correct?
And please let me know if you are using the Free or Pro Version.

    Best regards,
    Kelly

Hi Kelly – I’m running WP 4.6.14 and it was the free version. I was able to release the site by disabling the plugin via FTP.

    Hi @ealbertini ,

The FileBird current version supports WordPress Version 4.7 or greater. We will update the new version which also supports WordPress Version 4.6.xx or older soon. Please stay tuned.

    Best regards,
    Kelly
