Your theme uses the Kirki framework. I suspect one or more of the files are missing. You might try downloading a clean copy, unzipping locally, then uploading the resulting directory to wp-content/themes via FTP.

I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/evolve#new-post so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Hi Steven,
I appreciate your help, but when you say to download a clean copy, unzipping locally, then uploading the resulting directory to wp-content/themes via FTP, I have no clue of what you mean. So, does this mean I am unable to be helped?

It means you do what I suggested to see if that fixes it.

    1. Go to the theme’s page and download the zip file. (https://wordpress.org/themes/evolve/)
    2. Unzip it.
    3. Use FTP to upload the theme to wp-content/themes. If you don’t know how to use FTP to access your host, please contact their support. They usually have detailed guides with host-specfic information.

Also, ask in the forum I linked because the theme’s developers may know some other way to fix this.

Note: if you’re actually using the premium version of the theme, then you should contact their support at https://theme4press.com/
