Fatal error cant access configuration panel or anything

    Hi ,
    After updating to latest version of all in one seo plugin my site broke down and it did not allow me to login it gave some error in line 43 in aioseop_function.php . I commented out that line and was able to login.
    Now i am not able to go the configuration panel in all in one seo .
    I am getting this error
    Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop_class.php on line 1428

    Nothing is working now sitemap is not generating . I rolled it back to last version still cant make it work .
    Now neither can i update or make it work except i have to uninsulated it .
    Please help me
