    Hello,
I am using “The Events Calendar” together with the “Avada Theme.”
When I open the permalink for all events, I get a “fatal error.” Deactivating the Avada Theme fixes the error. Does anyone else have the same problem and can help me?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @esquire0844 ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’ve not been able to reproduce this issue in my testing environment, however, you seem to be using a higher version of PHP (see PHP 8.2 Support), kindly try downgrading to see if that helps.

Otherwise, if the issue persists, I recommend you do further conflict testing by deactivating third-party plugins, leaving only The Events Calendar plugin and the Avada theme to help narrow down the situation.

    Hi @tristan083 ,

Thank you for your prompt reply!
Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.
Do you have any other ideas, or are there any logs that would be helpful to you?

    Hi @esquire0844 ,

Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry to hear of the continued difficulties.

We’ve not received any other reports about this in our support channels. Are you installing The Events Calendar for the first time? Have you tried installing the latest version of The Events Calendar — 6.15.9?

Actually, a file in the Avada theme was faulty. I don’t know how this could have happened or where it came from, but that was the problem. So it was absolutely not a problem with The Events Calendar. Thank you for your quick support and apologies for the unnecessary work.
