I’m getting this too on a new site I added it to today. The error is
Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: 12: REST API is deprecated for versions v2.1 and higher thrown in /home/marmen62/themadeinamericamovement.com/wp-content/plugins/seo-facebook-comments/facebook/base_facebook.php on line 1273

The plugin is still working on another site I help with and the app settings and plugin settings all appear to be the same. Any help would be appreciated. It’s a great plugin.

The error says it all. REST API calls are no longer supported by the API in Graph API v2.1. You should get up to date and use the official Facebook SDK to create your Facebook application.

Try and use “face-book comments” plugin insted?… Its easy to implement. I have implemented it successfully for my test site.

Note : You have to download this plugin from above URL. This is not available under wordpress repository when you click “Add New Plugin” button.
Basically the Facebook SDK use in this plugin is old version, And this SDK could not support Newest Application created in Facebook.
