Same here, I’ve just updated it and the parse error on line 31 blocked my site. I had to deactivate the plugin by renaming its folder via FTP.
Even deactivating all plugins via SQL and renaming folder I receive the error message.
I am having the same problems!
how could I uninstall captcha? I have my website down!!

Hi,
This problem has already been resolved – please delete the plugin and install its recent version (you may need to do it via ftp or file manager of your hosting – wp-content/plugins folder captcha).
With your FTP program or via Сpanel go to wp-content/plugins and remove the folder with the plugin. Please make use of the following information:
