    I had over 12,000 internal links to update from http to https.
    This was MUCH easier than going into the back end, installing a tool, doing search & replace, then uninstalling the tool.

    After I exported the DB as a backup, I ran a check on the 4 key posts and comments tables. All looked well, so I ran it live. Worked like a charm and the site comes up roses on the SSL checkers.

    My SSL update is complete!
