Thanks for letting us know. The file you are referring to is not being shipped with MaxButtons so I think it might be connected with ‘Right to left’ languages ( judging on your domain it’s Hebrew ).
Are you using any plugins that help with RTL languages on your installation? Maybe it’s a conflict with one of those.
Please let me know, so I can check if there is an issue with those.

I also have Yoast SEO and UNCODE template installed and was getting the same alert bar as Nadja. I deactivated Yoast SEO and no longer get the alert bar. However the Format and Font Style drop-down lists still do not display.
So at least it seems there is a connection with plugins not playing nice with each other.
