Fail to open print dialog

Hi,
I have two different areas on a page with two separate print buttons and the second one doesn’t work.
I have used the exact same procedure as for the first one, ( [print-me target=”#reftitle, #refrow2, #refp2 /] )but it doesn’t trigger the print dialog.
Could you please let me know what I could be doing wrong?
