    Hi there

We’ll certainly do what we can to help, however, that’s not a warning I’ve seen before. Where exactly did you see that warning message, and what were you trying to do at the time? Can you share a link to the Facebook page you’re trying to connect?

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for you feedback. The warning is coming from me to Facebook page owners. I did try to connect with the WordPress business integration app on Facebook. To publish WordPress posts to https://m.facebook.com/realrootscafe. This page is converted to FACEBOOK NEW EXPERIENCE. Jetpack can’t connect.

Got another Facebook page https://m.facebook.com/johthema/ it is not converted to FACEBOOK NEW EXPERIENCE. Jetpack works fine.

    Hi @realrootscafe,

Thanks for the further information. I’ve asked our dedicated team to take a deeper look at this to see what might be causing this warning.

Thanks for sharing this feedback! Let me know if there’s anything else we can do to help meanwhile.

    Hey @realrootscafe,

Just to not leave any stones unturned on this: do you use Facebook Business Manager for managing your pages? Facebook pages managed under FB Biz Manager don’t work with Publicize: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/known-issues/

No I use the WordPress app at my private account it all has to with the NEW PAGE EXPERIENCE Facebook is implementing. I deactivated Jetpack and installed a plug-in that works. WP2social auto publish.

I’m sorry to hear that, @realrootscafe. Glad you have found something that’s currently working for you, though.

I’ll report the last info you shared with our team, as it’s important for us to handle the problem you reported.

Keep an eye on our next plugin updates, so if there’s an issue ongoing that gets fixed, you can start using Jetpack again 🙂

Yes I agree with @realrootcafe, I have a page IVUNEWS and being using publicize to post on facebook, it stopped posting last night around 2 after it was migrated to FB NPE, I tried to troubleshoot publicize, now it doesn’t connect to facebook New page experience, I tried an page that is not FB NPE and it connects fine. Really don’t know what to do now, I really like jetpack but probably will have to find new plugin to post on FB. 😐
