Facebook may not be working correctly

We are trying to get Facebook connection working, and no matter who is doing the connecting with Facebook we see in the Settings > Sharing the phrase: “This connection may not be working correctly.”

In a “Add New Post” admin screen we see: “Before you hit Publish, please refresh the following connection(s) to make sure we can Publicize your post:” And a button with the label “Refresh connection to Facebook”. No matter what we do it stays that way. Any ideas?
