    I am shocked by the unprecedented level of great support I received from Chris at WP Backitup.

    The plugin wouldn’t work with my website. It was working with another website I have, so it had to be something about the template I had chosen being incompatible. Chris walked me through all the steps to debug (EASY!), then he worked out a fix, mailed me the update, walked me through the steps – et voila! I am backed up!
