Extremely bad plugin

    Did research on rank tracking plugins, and thought of test trying this one.
    The very moment I clicked Activate it upon installation, my site crashed down!
    Still trying to recuperate it, since I can’t log in through admin, nor through my Cpanel!! So advice to all of you: do not use this plugin, it will harm your site!

    Hi Ivana, sorry for the problems you had.

    I would love to understand this because we have never seen anything similar to this in any of our testing and cannot repeat the error in any subsequent tests. I assure you, if we could replicate this, then we will fix it but it is difficult to respond this without any information.

    I will welcome any insights you have like what version of WordPress were you using and what version of PHP do you have on your server? Is there any chance that you were using an old version of WordPress (without REST) or a version of PHP before 5.6? Also what did you need to do to get your system running again?

    It doesn’t make any sense why your cPanel also should be affected. Please let me know if you found anything that can shed some light on this and help us to ensure that this does not happen again.
