Extra Slides in Lightbox

    I have just started using the video gallery and noticed when I loaded the second video in the video gallery that the lightbox started showing extra slides. I have 2 videos but 4 slides 2 of which are nothing and the other 2 are the functioning videos.

    Any ideas on where the problem is coming from and how to resolve it?

    Thank you very much for contacting us.

    May we kindly ask you to send the screenshot of your WordPress admin page, where this Video Gallery is created? And if it is possible, we will be glad if you try to deactivate all your plugins for a few seconds only in order to check if the issue still exists or not.
    Such kind of issues are usually related to the website migration from one host to another but as have started to use the plugin recently, we exclude this point.

    So, we will wait for your reply and observations.

    Above is the screenshot I believe you are looking for.

    And no deactivating all other plugins did not resolve the issue.
