Extra attribute handle

Hello guys,

One of the Blocksy theme developers here.

We recently found a small compatibility issue between our theme and your plugin “One User Avatar”.

The issue is that when One User Avatar plugin is active – it takes over the wpua_get_avatar_filter and ignores the extra attributes extra_attr of this function.
