Export Personal Data Broken

I’m building a site with BuddyPress 9.1.1 and GamiPress 2.1.7 plugins installed. The site allows a visitor to sign-up, which creates a Subscriber account. I want to use WordPress 5.8.1’s Export Personal Data tool. Unfortunately, I believe I’ve found a bug in GamiPress. The export tool works fine for Subscribers. Since I allow comments from anyone on posts, I need to be able to export their data too. With GamiPress active this is no longer possible. I deactivated all plugins and activated BuddyPress and Export Personal Data still works as WordPress designed. Once I activate GamiPress the Export Personal Data doesn’t work if I try to export data for none registered commenters. After a Subscriber confirms the request, if I click either the “Send export link” or “Download personal data” links, it fails and is stuck at 20%. Is their a setting I’m missing or is an update to GamiPress needed to fix this issue?

I can verify that it is working fine on the test server above. I’ll try to debug this on my end with more logs being generated.

@rubengc Strangly it seems to be the gamipress plugin at my end. I have disabled all plugins except gamipress. (also changed my theme as well to twentytwenty)

Have you any error logs records that confirms that error comes from GamiPress?

I did a test (also you have the screenshots from @pacogon) and the personal data export tool works perfectly even with users with thousands of entries

So is possible that you have some kind of corrupted data in your site or something that is making this tool stop to work

That is the worrysome part for me, though when i error.log or debug.log it doesn’t log anything. It’s just stuck at 56%. Can you guys help me identify the function that gets triggered when ajax request is called, i’ll try to manually add debug.logs out there.

Of course, GamiPress has 3 exporters located here:
https://github.com/rubengc/GamiPress/blob/master/includes/privacy/exporters.php

The functions from the 3 ones are called by the WordPress export function
