    Hi there, I am interested in using your plugin for an existing private membership site based on buddypress. Please can you tell me if once this plugin is installed it can be configured to work with the existing member roles? Our basic members are ‘Subscriber’ role and we have custom roles for our agents. All these users have single login to the wordpress site this will be running on. Basically I do not want to have to redefine roles.

    We also use our public contact form to create external tickets (we have the concept of external and internal tickets). So does your plugin support this?

    All our internal tickets get stamped with the members extended meta data fields to help identify them to the agent. Can we add extended user meta into the body text of a new ticket.

    Hi there,

    You do not need to redefine roles as our plugin has role management setting if you want to give agent capabilities to existing user roles and not plugin based role.

    Member extended metadata can not be used in ticket by functionality. You can customize code for your need in case if you want but after customizing code, you can not update the plugin or your changes will be vanished.
