The exclusion code doesn’t remove previous data, it only new data prevents new data from being added.
So if you visited the site on the 29th before you added the exclusion, that data remains in the database.

There is no “Recent Visitors today” stats, could you double check which area you’re actually seeing it in?
“Recent visitors” where I can see the date of… today 🙂

Can you double check the Statistics->General->Users Online->Record all users setting?

After one week, my IP address no longer appears.
The behavior was the following:
– my IP was not excluded
– exclusion of my IP address
– during one week, my IP address is still taken into account, every day
– after one week, my IP address stops being taken into account
Of course, I do not know if this “week” behavior is fortuitously.
