  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

You should be able to easily configure a filter to exclude a category. This screenshots shows how such a filter should look: https://adtribes.io/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot-2018-12-24-at-13.12.03-800×173.png

On what page don’t you see images?

    Hi,

Well I already tried this, but the number of product included in my feed is still the same

The “Category” selection take ID or letters ? Plus when I come back to feed filters, the select doesn’t appears anymore, just the text of the category.

I also tried to “include only” by selection a specific category, still the same.

My catalog mainly has variable products and 8000 products.

When you create a category filter and select category in the left drop-down it should automatically populate the right drop-down with all your WooCommerce categories.

    Hello,

Yes I made exactly the same thing but it’s looks like it’s ignoring my filter..
I have 8000 products and cache plugin.

Do you think the problem comes from here ?

I just tried to “include only” a category with 5 products.

The feed is slow to generate and I think it will ignore again my filter

    Hi,

Yes caching could definitely be an issue. Make sure to flush the caching and make sure that the feed URL itself is not being cached by your caching plugin.
