[excerpt_more ] & [excerpt_more_link ] removes excerpt formatting

    hi – I’ve noticed that using the [excerpt_more] & [excerpt_more_link] parameters removes html formatting in the excerpt. (formatting works fine when parameters are removed)

    Is this working as intended?

    Is there a way to get around this – or am I doing something wrong?
