    We’ve been using WP RSS Aggregator (free version) to pull external news feeds into our WordPress site, and it’s worked well for our needs.

    Recently, one of our RSS sources stopped importing. After doing quite a bit of troubleshooting on our side, we posted the issue in the WordPress.org support forum.

    The response from the WP RSS Aggregator team was excellent. They reproduced the problem quickly, identified the exact cause, explained why it was happening, and provided a simple configuration change that resolved the issue immediately.

    What impressed me most was the quality of the technical explanation. It wasn’t a generic troubleshooting response. They clearly understood what was happening and gave us a precise solution.

    A useful plugin backed by a responsive and knowledgeable team. Very much appreciated.
