    Hi,
I have a problem with plugin:
    – I’ve made 4 events (2 future, 1 on going, 1 ended)
    – I can see them in admin panel, but when i try to inspect them on front I am getting 404
    – In settings there is no conflict in slugs (cache flushed and direct links in WP settings refreshed)
    – I dont see events in /wp-json/wp/v2/tribe_events?per_page=5

Newest version of WP and TEC

    Hi @kluczyn ,

I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here, as GET http://gigw.pk.edu.pl/wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events/ is returning an unexpected response. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the steps below?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

Yes, it’s still the same even after the change of theme and disabling all plugins except TEC

    Hi @kluczyn

To help us investigate this further, could you please provide the following details from your System Information:

    • Custom Tables Migration Status
    • Custom Tables Health Check

You can find these under Events → Troubleshooting. Please don’t copy/paste the whole system information.

Additionally, does resaving the event that’s experiencing the issue resolve the problem on your end?

Now I see that something is missing, reinstalling plugin doesn’t repair issue.

    Hi @kluczyn ,

Thank you for your message and the information.

In this case, I recommend you go over our Migrating to the New Event Data System knowledge base article as the missing tables will not get created/re-created with the re-installation of the plugin.

What about situation when I dont have “Upgrade” page in settings? Screen is in Polish but after “Import” there is one missing, in this case I must clear database? If so, are there list of columns that comes with plugins not to delete wrong one?

    Hi @kluczyn

If you prefer not to upgrade at this time, I recommend reverting The Events Calendar to the previous version where everything was working as expected—most likely version 5.16.4.1.

As always, please be sure to test this change first on a staging environment before applying it to your live site.
