Hello,

After an attendeed purchases the ticket, I do not see the purchaser name and email underr attendee list.

it shows only the order # followed with -. Also no emails are going out to the ticket purchase, Howerver i as admin do get the notification about the order, but again witth no user info.

Please help.

I attempted to add a ticket from the event you provided, but it’s showing Error 500.

It’s possible that there’s a conflict between one of your plugins/themes. To check this, please conduct a conflict test on a staging version of your website. Additionally, please ensure that you have the most recent version of the plugins installed.

Thanks Darian,I did troubleshoot the 500 error and it was a PhP version issue. The plugin works with PHP 7.4 but again no purchaser name and email

Hi @johnmeld

I just checked the event you provided, it seems you’re now using GiveWP for your tickets.

Upon further checking, to enable Attendee Information Collection (IAC) for your tickets, you will need to install Event Tickets PLUS.
